#Xbox online features breaking randomly

I have had this xbox for like 2 years now and rn for the past 2 days i cant go online I did factory reset it as people online recomended i did EVERYTHING checked network checked if i have premision to play online ive unplugged and replugged signed out and signed in every possible thing and i just cant play online i can download games and play just not go online and i cant do anything about payments so if i had monthly billing theres a chance i wouldnt be able to turn it off which is nasty

Also from what ive searched over the past couple HOURS this simmilar too the 2408 August update problem but i didnt factory reset it before the issues it just happend and the online works once a day for a short period then dies

okay so have you run a network connection test and a multiplayer connection test to see what results you get?

its able to sync data

Based on what you tried so far, I would try connecting the xbox to a differnt network to see if its a xbox or network issue.

you could use a firends or family network for example or your phone as a hotspot as an example.

that maybe so but your here saying there is an issue now. there is an issue on your network somewhere I would advise on using a wired connection, making sure your router/modem is set up correctly and firmware updated or working with your ISP
