@vestal hamlet Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
Hey
There are two options and they are all to delete the accounts.
Do I lose them forever?
Who was the genius who created this? Why do you have to delete the accounts?
Doesn't the person have a head?
Well, I played this morning and everything was fine, then I turned off the Xbox and then turned it on again and it appeared on an update screen but it didn't want to update, so I researched about the error and did everything but nothing works.
delating the account just removes it from the device. Your account is cloud based you just sign back into it
Seriously?
I thought she was dying
I have an Xbox login on my cell phone, you know? But do you know the reason for the Xbox error?
I already went to this link! It didn't help me at all
what didnt help exactly do you follow the steps?
the link explains what to do and how to do it, if it does not work and will help you though the process
I did everything and nothing works and why did the Xbox suddenly decide to do this?
if you followed the steps and they not worked make sure you followed them correctly. Otherwise the link explains the console needs to be repaired. As to why it happened no one can say things brake
Well, maybe it broke? But today I played peacefully and then I turned it off and went to play again
And doesn't want to go
yes i understand that's why you need too follow the steps on the page. Things normally work before they do not...
"Reset this Xbox
Restore factory defaults and:
Keep games and apps Delete all accounts, saved games, settings, and associations from your primary Xbox, but keep installed games and apps
Remove all
Delete all accounts, saved games, settings, primary Xbox associations, and installed games and apps" This is what appears to me, of course it is not like that, but I just copied it
yes did you have a question about that?
I took out the wire, put it in, took out all the wires, ALL THEM, AND PUT THEM IN AGAIN
okay again you need too follow the steps on the page...
I only have two options: delete all accounts? in both options?
As to the factory reset you can choose either option. If you select the option that says remove everything then you will be able to reinstall all your games and content you will not lose anything as its backed up in the cloud.
Well, it takes too long for me to continue, I turn on the Xbox and it stops on a loading screen. And then it disappears and the options I have appear
so it may or may not help the page explains what to do and how to do it.
and what to do if it does not work.
Well, what about the option that shows all the games? I press it, for example, and then it appears, "I don't know," so I can add an account, then I put mine in, and it will restore, like when I delete it, it won't go away and will never come back?
As to the factory reset you can choose either option. If you select the option that says remove everything then you will be able to reinstall all your games and content you will not lose anything as its backed up in the cloud.
my advise would be to try the offline tool for that error but it maybe the case you need to get the console repaired if its a hardware issue and not a software issue.
but there was an option that the games and apps remained so that the accounts were deleted
yes
you copy and pasted what it means you just need to read what you copy and pasted that tells you what it means. You can select either it does not matter. If you select everything then you will need to reinstall your games. But you will not lose any content and acess to anything as its backed up in the cloud
No, I don't know about that, but I want to know if the accounts die or disappear.
I think were done here your not understanding or choosing not to read what I'm saying or the page is telling you
I want to know if I delete the accounts they will no longer exist!
literally told you at least 3 times you will not lose anything it does not matter what you select. I not sure how clear that can be
Now I get it! And I hadn't understood the expression I swore I would lose everything if I pressed "delete accounts", so you're telling me I can connect it to the Xbox again?
