delating the account just removes it from the device. Your account is cloud based you just sign back into it

As to the factory reset you can choose either option. If you select the option that says remove everything then you will be able to reinstall all your games and content you will not lose anything as its backed up in the cloud.

my advise would be to try the offline tool for that error but it maybe the case you need to get the console repaired if its a hardware issue and not a software issue.

you copy and pasted what it means you just need to read what you copy and pasted that tells you what it means. You can select either it does not matter. If you select everything then you will need to reinstall your games. But you will not lose any content and acess to anything as its backed up in the cloud

literally told you at least 3 times you will not lose anything it does not matter what you select. I not sure how clear that can be

Now I get it! And I hadn't understood the expression I swore I would lose everything if I pressed "delete accounts", so you're telling me I can connect it to the Xbox again?
