This month, I had an unexpected financial problem making it so that I couldn't pay my membership this month, so I'm trying with Paypal, I tried on the marketplace, the app, and the website, all declined, and I have enough money on it to pay for it

If you have had a failed payment then you need to fix that though your account and you need to use a card like Visa or Mastercard not pay pal
