chat mixer set max to voice

Hi I have the Microsoft Wireless Headset and for some reason the headset voice chat mixer is set on full to voice. Adjusting it on the left ear cup does nothing. I have to go into audio settings to do it and it sometime resets back to full after a few minutes.

I’ve reset the headphones and still the same issue.

I have a similar issue, i think its a hardware glitch or planned obsolecence
