i need help

whenever i try play bo6 my screen is black unless when i press the xbox button it shows everything but then when i go back in the game it goes back to black but shows the game but the problem is i like to listen to spotify while i play but the screen goes black when i go back into bo6

So when you “minimize” that game on the console, the screen is black when you come back?
Does this happen if you don't try to use another game?
Does this happen if you don't have Spotify in use?

I honestly wouldn't know how to help you directly, but I would try to understand the problem.

it happens with or without spotify and yes to the first and no to the second

and i cant camo grind without spotify or ill get bored in seconds

I didn't understand this correctly. Possibly because of my poor questioning or the use of a translator.

1- Does this happen in the game if you haven't switched apps or have any in the background (go to home and return to the game)? Without Spotify running.
2- Does this happen with other games without Spotify running?
3- Does this happen with other games while Spotify is running?
4- How long does the black screen last?
5- Has this happened to you before, or is this something new?
6- Try setting the console and game to 1080p and disabling HDR on both. Is this still happening?
7- You mentioned that when the screen goes black, the Open Guide menu that appears when you press the Xbox button appears, while the rest of the screen remains black?

I don't know if you use headphones, some allow you to have 2 linked devices, like the Xbox ones that would allow you to have Spotify on your mobile and continue playing at the same time, personally I don't use a music app or play games that can bore me in seconds, although I understand you.

Clear your local save on black ops 6. Go to your games and apps find the game press manage game and clear save data. Restart your Xbox and try again. If that didn't work then reinstall the game.
