Hello,

I recently redeemed a $3 Xbox Gift Card on my Console with Microsoft Rewards. It said I purchased it. I don't know where to redeem it now? I can't find it in my payment options, and I didn't receive a code for it in my email. Can anyone help.

It can take up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. Xbox gift cards are automatically deposited into your account for use and you can check your balance at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it was added. If you don't get it withiin 24 hours, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list a code to redeem or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
