Achievements not counting and more

My Xbox will no longer really count achievements and now I can't screenshot anything, I don't understand what is happening because I am fully connected to wifi

When I am playing a game and unlock an achievement (we'll use Slime Rancher) Slime Rancher actually counts the achievement but Xbox does not.
I have tried to contact support but they just give me the basic “restart your console or connect to wifi” when I have tried both already

And for the screenshots it just started happening

So you're saying , it seems like your xbox account doesn't get the achievements

Have you checked your achievements page

Of your xbox account , to see if you actually get it or not

Maybe it just doesn't pop up for you but your account gets it

I use the Xbox app and it doesn't count there
