i cant seem to enable multiplayer & realm option for mc java

yo i need help
i already enables the settings that would allow me to be able join minecraft multiplayer
but it stills says i still need to have it enabled to be playing minecraft multiplayer
even tho i already enabled those

there is no thing as Multiplayer option

If you want to play with your friends on Java editon you need to create a Server with Server IP
