#Just confused (Series X)

Basically when I turn on my xbox all my groups are missing and on my homescreen my recent apps and games are missing.

Also in like the menu its all missing the game or app I currently have open will show though its just odd.

My games and apps are all still there its just not showing on my menus and when I turned on my xbox my controller had an update.

Anyone any idea why this is happening or could there be something wrong with my xbox?
