BLACK SCREEN!!

guys I’m at my missus place, and her Xbox one has gotten black screen of death, and I keep trying to factory reset it as nothing else worked BUT it still isn’t working, it powers off and back on saying “preparing console” and then just gives us the error screen and asks if we wanna reset it or turn it off. which it’s been doing all day despite what I click

I’ve tried most of what I can do

so far literally nothing has worked, even factory resetting..

I went over to my missus place and I was going to update all her games so when I go back to my place she has all her stuff playable so we can play our games as usual, and it went straight to a black screen, it eventually turned on and I put on the error code and tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked, I’ve tried factory resetting many times and no help, it just turns off and on no matter what I do
