When I try to clip, either by thr capture button, or manually, it makes a clip 1 second long. My capture button is set for 15 second clips but instead of taking a 15 second clip it just takes a 1 second clip. When i tried to take a 30 second clip it just took a 12 second clip. This happened to me in the past when my onedrive was full of clips. I would try clearing out old clips and/or transferring them to an external drive for safekeeping to help free up space
