I’m starting up my Xbox and it just stays on “preparing console” screen. I have searched for solutions and I do the other start up so I can troubleshoot and factory reset it but after i do that it just goes back to preparing console. I tried unplugging for a few minutes and then starting it up as well. Any help?

Xbox One S looks like this:
There's also a black model, but the shape is generally the same
But you can distinctly tell it apart by the disc slot in the middle of the upper section
Xbox One X has the disc drive IN BETWEEN the two sections, and is most common in black
So Xbox One X on the top, One S on the bottom in this picture
