I have had this error code on a specific set of games (when trying to launch only Wreckfest or Astroneer) but also now when signing into my account on minecraft. I have tried countless troubleshooting steps, contacting xbox support, microsoft support, nothing will work. I’ve had this issue on the other games for months and haven’t been able to fix them

Bump. Also I would like to note it still lets me keep my subscription which i’ve been paying for but can’t login to the game? I’ve tried different wifi, lots and lots of troubleshooting commands etc

Have you tried from another device and network connection?
Have you tried using a mobile internet connection?
Have you tried a VPN in case it's a specific issue with a filter or configuration from your carrier?

Support should have helped you get different diagnostics, since if it's specific games, it could be a problem connecting to certain servers.

Thank you, I have tried from another device which was my iPhone and on my wifi and others it works. I have not tried a mobile connection or a vpn. I have tried clearing game cache, resetting xbox app microsoft app & gaming services as well as reinstalling those and the Minecraft game itself. I have tried with ethernet & wifi, I have tried other networks

Can you natively play those games you're having trouble with on an iPhone? I don't think so. Therefore, they're not useful for understanding how they work. If you use Cloud Gaming, you're connecting to Microsoft servers, and these servers are the ones that connect to the games. By connecting from a mobile device, I mean using the internet connection of those devices, but using your computer. Try connecting from another computer in case it's something specific to yours.

Please specify which device, app, game, internet connection, and result you used so I can get a clear picture.
You've told me you've tried certain actions but haven't gone into the details needed to know what worked and what didn't.

The main issue i’m trying to resolve is Minecraft, I have been able to login to minecraft on my iphone connected to my wifi, I am not able to login on my computer with the same wifi. I will try another computer. I’ve tried my computer with different wifi networks, a vpn(it just closes the camera at 97% loaded) i have tried updating windows, using my ethernet, using my wifi, i have done all of the resetting / redownloading game services xbox app and minecraft etc… Nothing has worked yet

I am also able to login on switch, I am able to login to iphone, the issue only occurs on my PC

Minecraft has several peculiarities, including crossplay. If you can log in from another PC, that would be best to rule out a problem with your account and that it's just a PC issue.

You could also try logging in to Minecraft Dungeon or Legends, since they use the same account on PC.

I tried logging in from a different computer, it does work. I haven’t tried dungeons or legends on my main pc yet

But logging in from another PC does work, so must be some weird issue with mine i’m not sure how to tell what it is

How do you think I could diagnose the issue that persists on just my PC?

Also would you know why my game doesnt even launch when running with a vpn? It launches and loads to %97 then closes

I have also tried loading into the Minecraft editor and that works but when I go to profile in the settings and login it doesnt work either

I even recieve the error when using a different wifi connection, should I reset my pc?

I would try creating another user in the system first in case it is a specific configuration.

So i’m guessing it must be a issue with something on my pc
