can anyone help me with a situation i started having this morning? i woke up to non of my devices working (my keyboard, mouse and headset), and ive been using these for a while. my mouse light goes off, my keyboard doesnt work and my headset doesnt connect to the bluetooth device in the xbox. however when i unplug that bluetooth device for the headset, my keyboard and mouse starts working, however im without a headset. does anyone have suggestions that could help?

Are the keyboard and mouse on Blutetooth as well?

the mouse is a wired plugin that goes into the back of the xbox, the keyboard had a bluetooth chip thats also in the back of the xbox but i have the cord going into my wall plugin
its never done this before until this morning, but everything works when i unplug the headset bluetooth piece

Well the only thing I can think of is that maybe right now there's more Bluetooth signal interference.
Like, other people using Bluetooth devices near you.
But honestly, IDK I usually use all wired devices.

It's a weird one though. I'm very confused how taking the headset thing out fixes everything else.
How does it go if you have only the headset thingy plugged in?

doesnt work at all, the light on the bluetooth piece doesnt come on
it confuses me as well considering i never had issues with this until months later
