Hello, I need help recovering an old Microsoft/Xbox account that I believe was hacked.

This account may have had my payment method linked to it and I suspect unauthorized purchases (like Game Pass).

I no longer have access to the account, but I can provide proof of ownership including past gamertags, purchase receipts, and the card details that may have been used.

  1. I tried first to contact support but that was unavaible and then I read the article but it still didn't help
