#Need help with an accidental purchase

I accidentally bought an in-game purchase in Rainbow Six Siege through the Xbox store and cannot redeem it since I play on PC but use the Xbox app. Would anyone be able to sign into my account on Xbox to have the add-on get redeemed and then sign back out. That would be really helpful. Thanks!
