I tried to purchase 1600 madden points and it said oops not sure what happened there and i dont know what to do I've tried restarting console and clearing cache there was no error code and the familiar problems solutions didn't work

And I know I have money on the card

  1. restart your console and try again
    2 ) Make sure your billing and account info is updated at account.microsoft.com remove and readd if need be.
  2. try making the purchase on a other device like a pc from xbox.com
  3. Try a diffent card
  4. buy a Xbox gift card and use that instead
