#Store does not open nor work since I first turned on my console, am I the only one?

(I am aware Xbox has revealed that there are some issues, but this was earlier in the day before they announced it)
At some time between 4 - 5 PM, on my Xbox one X, no matter how many times I restart my console, I did so 5 - 6 times, turn it on and off, reset the internet and unplug the power plug, I have come across the exact same issue, where I am unable to launch the store, the logo pops up as if it is about to start up, but then takes me back to the main hub.
Will this issue be fixed soon, and am I the only person who has this current issue?
