I've tried everything Xbox network device id I have literall proof the account is mine but they won't budge to give it back what do I do? I've been with Microsoft for 10 years

I've contacted support over 100 times in the last year
I've completed god knows how many account recovery forms
I've completed reinstatement forms
I called support

Nothing helped me get it back
