#External HDD question...

I have a 5TB Seagate Backup Plus that uses a micro b usb cable. So far I've tried every troubleshooting tip you could think of.
At this point I just want some confirmation about the cable type; is it actually the problem here?

Hard drives need to support usb 3.0 and larger than 128 gigs to work on xbox

Just googled it and it does mention usb 3.0

This is so strange to me because the second I use it on either my PS4 or PS5 it works without issue.

Thats why. It needs to be reformatted to work on ur xbox

If u have games from ps4/ps5 on the drive dont mean the save format is compatible with xbox

I guesssing no. Just ask fam or friends to brrow their pc/laptop to reformat drive to ntfs
