I try to change my pfp but every time it just says Done! You'll see your updated gamerpic once we've verified it's okay. But It never verifies and I have gave it hours and I thought that maybe it was bc it was a anime pic but no I just tried changing it to something completely random and it still doesn’t update

It’s mostly likely a Xbox problem because I tried to change it on my alt account but it still wouldn’t change

i would advise making sure your using the Xbox app on mobile and that the app is updated and your phone. Waiting a few days and then trying again or trying on a other device.

If your in a unsupported region then that will be the issue and doing things to mask that will get you banned or cause further issues.

I have never had to wait so long for an image. Normally it takes 5 seconds.😂

Approving custom pictures isn’t support, and I imagine isn’t high priority on the list of roles.

For custom one they need be approved it’s setup that way so that you can’t have inappropriate things on your pfp

no I mean if you go to the Xbox website to change your pfp, there is literally no prompt to upload a custom pfp
Idk if that’s normal, I’ve never tried changing it thru the website
