Bro, I can't log into my Xbox Microsoft account, it keeps saying we were unable to log you into Xbox live

once you signed in to the account you do not want click on your profile then click on sign out. Then click back on profile icon and click sign in and then choose different Microsoft account and enter in the accounts details

hi i have been suspended from xbox live for about 4 monts now and i dont know the reason and i dont know where to look im just so confused

it says i have 0 active suspensions but when i try to go to mincraft launcher it says sry u cant log in becouse u are suspended on xbox live or smth like that

i did not get any error code it only says im suspended from xbox live but when i check what im suspended for it says i dont have any active suspensions

i tired to sign into 2 of my other accounts, they worked after trying for hours but the account i want wont log in at all, do u think its my accs fault?

i even changed the password for it
