i was using my xbox on my monitor and i saw the 120 fps button so i clicked then it said input not supported and i cant change it because i cant get a display

no, i am currently looking at windows settings it peaks at 100Hz

for console its eiother 120 60 or 30 nothing in between at least for the general settings

honestly im not too sure im looking at windows settings from my pc and when i go to change refresh rate it peaks at 100Hz flat
