cant reedem the xbox code from quest

I just wanted to reedem the xbox pass from the discord quest but it want my card i was applying and i saw there is no my state how i can reedem it whitout my state on the list there its just us states list but on the regions web (https://www.xbox.com/regions) there is my country it my first time seeing smth like this in my life i just want to test minecraft💀🙏
