#Fallout 4 loading issue

I redownloaded fallout 4 but it said that I didn’t have enough space when it was syncing my data, so I deleted call of duty and a few other things to download it. However when I go into it during the sync it stops at 3% and doesn’t go any more and says not enough space on your Xbox.
