Before the chapter 2 remix update the game has worked fine on my series s, and then it randomly would freeze then crash on the loading screen. Every other game has no issues. Ive updated the game, redownloaded it, and at one point i had formatted my console and redownloaded fortnite with a new account, and nothing. I took it to a repair shop to see if the consoles the issue but they said he saw nothing wrong with it. Fortnite works on cloud gaming on other devices and it works on other platforms. I’ve contacted xbox and epic games support a lot over the months but nothing came out of them. Can anybody suggest what might be the problem?
#Fortnite hasnt been working since november.

You should try to completely reset the console

Iike I said I completely reset and wiped and logged onto a new account instead of my main but still no results
mine used to do this, it stopped on its on from what i remember but what u should do is full shutdown then power cycle it. This might work
