Prepaid mastercard payment method not working.

Hey I need some help with something, it's driving me bloody crazy. I'm trying to buy a game, using a prepaid Mastercard. For whatever reason I cannot add the card to my account, so I instead tried adding it to my Paypal so I could pay that way, and apparently that payment can't be authorised either.

I have literally JUST got the prepaid card so I know for a fact it hasn't been used yet, so I know lack of funds isn't the issue.

many prepaid cards have to be activated for online payments. make sure you read the paperwork for it to see if your's needs that.

use the prepaid card to buy a Xbox gift card from a other retailer then use that to buy your game
