And now when I try to login it says this email is not a Microsoft email then it shows a random email on my Xbox I need a support number that works

I tried restarting it I tried calling a number which brought me to a website and I tried logging into my account it was working fine right before I turned it off to restart every time I restart it it lets me in for 10 seconds then logs me out and says a email and to enter a password

@cyan bane I have done all the stuff and when I tried to recover my account and sent a form it instantly gets denied. But when I try to do it on my Xbox, it says this email is a recovery email. Please try to sign in and when I try to sign in it takes me to the recovery thing but now once I do it, it sends a code to the email which I type in and then it says there is three different emails two of them are a unknown email that I don’t know and one of them is an email which is my main email. Could you please help?
