​​⁠so if I were to make a new account on my Xbox one and download free games and then go on my 360 to download it in my download history would it work since I just now purchased it after servers got shut down

Servers are still up for xbox 360 just the store got shut down on xbox 360. If you buy a xbox 360 game on xbox one or series console or on xbox.com you will be able to play it on a xbox 360. No need to make an new account.

I lost my old account so I need to make a new account so if I downloaded Xbox 360 free games and demos would it be able to download it from download history

There isn't any xbox 360 games that are free too play on xbox one that i know off. But you can play any xbox 360 game on a xbox 360.

Plus u could only see ur download history if u had access to ur og acct

No, only Xbox 360 game work on Xbox 360

They not free they are part of game pass and gamepass does not work on Xbox 360. If you buy the game you be able to ply on Xbox 360

If you mean crackdown 1 and 2 I think those are still free so you just redeem them on the website or your xb1 and then download via download history on the 360 for that same account.
