I suppose it's from a specific game.
Which game is it?
Does it happen to you in other games?

It was in borderlands 3 and it has not happened since that happened so no other game

Properly a memory leak / bug restarting your console buy holding the power button should sort it

That is not a system error, whatever is happening is an issue with the game.
