Laptop HDMI ports are output not input so that isnt going to do anything
If you want to stream your console to your laptop you can do that with remote play and gamepass ultimate

you play it into a TV or Monitor not a pc.
the HDMI port on your pc is output to a monitor or screen not input for your Xbox or a other device that isnt how those ports work.
