When I turn my Xbox Wireless Headset up, it mutes all of the members in my party. It’s very difficult to hear anyway, so it’s gotten to the point where I need a better way to hear them. Is this a bug, is this a setting I need to turn off, or what? Thank you.

it sounds like your not balancing the audio correctly too what you want.

Rotating the dial on the outside of the left earcup will adjust the balance between game and chat audio.

Rotating the dial on the outside of the right earcup will control the overall volume of party and chat

Rotating the balance dial (Left) completely in one direction will effectively mute either game or chat audio. @outer parrot
