#Game doesn't work

I bought a new Xbox game a few days ago and now i wanted to test it, but it doesn't recognize it. I already tried cleaning the disk but it still don't work. The disk has no scratches and I don't know what I still could do. The problem is I bought the disk used so I can't return it. Can someone help me please?
