#Game pass not working

I have a free game pass 3 months trial, it’s been two weeks since i activated, i didn’t have any problems with it, i was downloading games from game pass store and enjoying them. but suddenly it stopped working. when i try to open the game it says do you own this game or subscription?” and in the store game says “error installing” and “error downloading” i tried multiple games and nothing works… game pass subscription is till june tho
