My xbox controller have a xbox cable + battery and i cant play and charge it in the same time it keep vibrating every seconds

Is it an official Xbox battery pack?

Vibrating every second sounds like a cable, because it vibrates once when cable is plugged in.

Then try another USB cable or USB port.

Well, either the controller is faulty, or the battery pack.

Take the battery pack and plug the controller in and see if it keeps vibrating repeatedly.

If it does, make sure the cable is plugged in correctly and fully on both ends. If it still does it, then the controller may be faulty.
