If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
Do you have Steam Desktop input for Controllers enabled by any chance? Try fully closing Steam and see if this issue persists.
If it was Steam related, reopen it, go into your settings there and disable Steam Input for Xbox controllers.
The games all natively support Xbox controllers, so there's no reason to rely on Steam input unless you want to navigate your entire PC only using a controller, or play a M+K only game with it.
