Whenever I try install Spotify it cancels and says "Installation stopped" and whenever I try restart it just has the same problem.
The file size appears to be miniscule compared to the actual Spotify (LITERALLY 55 KB)

I had the same issue, I reset it a bunch and soft restarted it but I think waiting was the only thing that worked
