I’m not sure what Palword Instant is. But Fortnite is currently the only game on cloud gaming that can play for free. Everything else needs Ultimate membership to play on cloud gaming.

I don’t know if all android devices. But you can find the supported devices on https://www.xbox.com/en-US/cloud-gaming
To view what games are on cloud gaming, you can just sign in. You need membership to play, but you can at least view the library.
