Issue with my xbox

So i have the Xbox One Series S digital and when i turn it off for like a day or 1hr and turn it back on it disconnects from the wifi but it’s still connected? idk if it’s my internet or my xbox but it always does this when i turn it on, another thing it does is set the NAT to strict randomly and im wondering if there is sum behind it that im missing

well all i do when this happens is i disconnect and forget the network completely and reconnect i have YET to figure out why cause its been 3 months now this has been going on💀
