I have tried restoring purchases but that did nothing

you can do yes, you need to use the Microsoft films and tv app to view movies. In the US i believe its called the movies app
I have checked the movies and tv app many times
It’s not there
you can check if the code was redeemed by trying to redeem it again. Or by checking your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders
Make sure your signing in with the same account you redeemed the code too.
It did take the points out of my account
But it’s not showing up in the order history
So should I just try redeeming it a second time
there is nothing wrong in trying. I can certainly say if its not on your order histery then you have redeemed it to a other account and need to sign in with that account.
Time to waste 1,500 more points
or just sign in with the account you used 🤷♀️
