#My xbox app crashes me out of the app when i start it

@last frost have a problem. problem is I'm trying to get into an account from xbox which belongs to my friend because he wants me to charge for him a few packs on his minecraft server there is the problem... i get into the xbox app and I can't log in and after a few seconds it kicks me out of the xbox app
