Hey everyone, I bought my fourth Xbox controller, and it already has bad stick drift after only 6 months. I want to send it to Microsoft for repair, but I saw this statement that says: “New or reconditioned parts can be used for the repair. The replacement can be done with a new or reconditioned unit. I may be charged for missing parts that Microsoft deems necessary to complete the service.” Now I’m confused if I have to pay for the repair or not. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks in advance!
