Problem with Game Pass subscription

I have a problem with the gift code redemption site on Xbox mobile. When I register the subscription code for the game pass and complete everything, it tells me to add a card. When I add it, it tells me to verify all the fields, and I actually verified it. I changed the card, but it didn’t work.
