Xbox Home Screen error

Hello today I turn off my Xbox to play games on Home Screen only one game pop up nothing else shows

There nothing wrong I not sure it just shows one game on Home Screen the only I have access game I have to click my games&apps just to play games

What's the one tile that shows up? Is it a game you've played recently?

And are you in the Insider program?

It shows the one that inside disc drive

there was an update recently that factory reset the console in error. you would have had to do set up agagin

It simply just your recent played all your content is in your game and apps

If you play another game does it get added to the list? Or just still show the disc tile?

It only shows the other games for second and changes back to disc tile
