Never played d1 but ive played d2 for years

I play it on and off

But its one of my favorite games

Im warlock it depends on what you like

They have different jump styles which is the biggest difference but they also have different attack styles

And there is armor you can only use in certain classes

Oh btw if you buy stuff you usually have to do a bunch of quests to get it
