My headset is just not working but on discord I can hear clearly while in game I can't please help me

Are you using Discord on xbox or a other deivce?

Have you checked the sound mixer if your in a voice chat

that be the issue the headset either isnt a stereo headset or isnt been seen as one by the console. What headset is it?

Did it work with gamechat before on console?

Try unplugging it and restarting your console and plugging it back in. Make sure there is no dirt in the Aux

Sometimes doing that a few times can fix it. Otherwise your 3.5mm jack maybe bust on your controller.

Is chat mixer have anything to do With the problem @scenic tinsel ?

The console is not seeing the headset as a stereo headset. That is why you can not change the chat mixer.

That could be normal if the headset you have as its own chat mixer and is not controlled by the console but the headset itsself.

but as you do not know what headset it is i can not tell you. So you need too try the options above. Or you could try a other headset in the port.
