My friend is trying to log into Minecraft but is struggling to do so. He's on PS5.
Everytime he tries to log in, he gets error messages informing him to log into another account already tied to Minecraft. So, he goes to the main website, both actually, and tries logging into said tied-account. Upon doing so, he is informed to log into an account NOT linked to PS5, so he's stuck. We want to play Minecraft, but this issue keeps persisting and Xbox/Microsoft has not helped whatsoever. We tried contacting them, but they have NO troubleshoot solutions or guides that pertain to this situation. Upon trying to speak with them over the phone, they have no phone numbers, and it told my friend that a phone call is not reachable with his situation. WHAT CAN HE DO?
