Hi, I am wondering if xbox game pass will work on xbox cloud gaming if you don't own an Xbox or PC? Also if you can share the membership.

You can use cloud from your phone too. As for sharing the membership, cloud isn't shareable, and even if it were, you're not allowed to game share outside of your own house.
