#Keeps happening for no reason

Okay so I don't know if it's just me but when I try to play a game which is RDR2 in this case, last year It would crash and I couldn't play at all. This year I factory reset the Xbox and I downloaded it again but I had to delete it again because I couldn't move it because it said it was a corrupt file and now I can't download it AGAIN.. I tried everything and it won't work. Xbox Series X
