Nothing is there, but if they say you got approved, it can take time, depending on how you originally paid.

If it was your microsoft balance, it should be instant, but if it's a credit card, it can take up to 30 days.

He bud had a similar issue. It took 3 months before i got my money. Honestly thought id never see it again. I recommend that every 2 or 3 weeks or so just keep checking in with xbox support. It sucks but what can you do
